100 hours online

A yoga technique that leads to a deep relaxation, the state of “psychic or conscious sleep”, which derives from ancient tantric and raja yoga knowledge, reworked by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.
The practice allows us to reach that precious “borderline state between wakefulness and sleep”, in which we can access areas of our brain usually dormant or unexplored, located in the subconscious.
All this is not an end in itself: since in this state our mind is particularly receptive, the potential for healing and transformation inherent in this practice is great.
The unidirectionality of the mind, the aim of yoga as already indicated in the Yoga Sutras, can also be achieved thanks to deep and prolonged relaxation. In a state of complete relaxation, Swami Satyananda recalls, “true transformation” is possible, because it is only in such a state that we “experience the truth”.

The training aims to provide the theoretical basis and the technical and practical knowledge to teach the conduct of yoga nidra, aware of the difficulty in knowing how to conduct it.

The Master is an AIYB post-training certified Yoga Alliance International Italia® and recognized by MIUR as AIYB FOR SCHOOL (2 modules of 20 hours). It is possible to pay with the “carta del docente”.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of fitness to conduct yoga nidra, after passing a final test

Always available online.

Starting from the registration date, the course will be available on the online AIYB School platform, with pre-recorded video lessons (total 24 hours) on the theoretical contents of the program. In addition, a weekly yoga nidra practice, also available on a deferred basis.

The student will have a period of 3 months to complete the course.
